Permian Claim Service was opened by Jim Howard in 1965 and incorporated in 1979.  We handle all types of insurance claims and losses, including catastrophes which occur frequently in our area. Our local property and casualty service covers most of West Texas having an area of over 50,000 square miles and over 450,000 population. Our claim administration covers the entire state. 

Permian Claim Service, Inc. places special emphasis on the education and training of our personnel in the investigation and adjustment of claims relating to our major industry, the exploration and production of oil and gas and related service industries.

We have storage available for vehicles and large equipment.

Permian Claim Service, Inc. was among the first independent adjusting firms in the state to fully computerize and we have the IT resources and capabilities for directing the complete claim operations of any size company throughout the state.

We are the appointed claim facility for the self-funded insurance program of the City of Odessa, Odessa Medical Center Hospital, Midland Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, Midland County, Ector County, West Texas Rural Counties Association. We also administer self-funded liability programs.

Permian Claim Service, Inc is fully licensed, insured and bonded and certificates and references are available on request.  We are licensed as a Third Party Administrator by the State of Texas, and we are members of the Texas Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.
